1: Introduction
1.1 This web site is operated by Turi Events Consultancy Ltd / Milana Consulting Ltd, registered businesses in the UK and having their main place of business in the UK. These companies have created the intellectual property and brand known as The Comedy Cornershop.
2: Ordering and Purchase
2.1 The price of event tickets, and the procedures for ordering, payment and delivery are displayed on this web site. You must pay in at the time of order of tickets. The price of the tickets is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of the ticket before you place an order. We try to ensure that the price displayed on this web site is accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see paragraph 2.2 below). We will inform you if the ticket’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the ticket at the correct price. At all times full payment, including booking fees are required for work to begin on your order.
2.2 The Comedy Cornershop is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (“Confirmation”) to the email address you have given us. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days.
2.3 You undertake that all details you provide to us when ordering the ticket will be correct, that the details which you use are your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the ticket involved. We reserve the right to obtain validation of you payment before providing any tickets.
3: Returns
3.1 You may request a refund of the event ticket you have purchased within 7 working days for a full refund on the condition that is registered within 24 hours of receipt of order. Should the event not place due to unforeseen circumstances we offer you a full refund less any bookings fees charged on the order. We maintain the right to to cancel events. 4: Security
4.1 You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any user name and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on this web site. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify The Comedy Cornershop immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding this web site that comes to your attention.
5: Applicability of Online Materials

The Comedy Cornershop accepts no liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to the purchase or attempted purchase of the ticket by persons in jurisdictions outside the Republic of Ireland or who are nominees of or trustees for citizens, residents or nationals of other countries.

10.3 These Terms and Conditions together with any order form and any payment method instructions, if any, are the whole agreement between you and The Comedy Cornershop. You acknowledge that you have not entered into this agreement in reliance upon any warranty or representation made by The Comedy Cornershop or any other person and you waive any rights to damages/rescission you may have for misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in these Terms and Conditions or order form and payment method instructions.
10.4 If any provision or term of these Terms and Conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be divisible from the other terms and conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from them.
10.5 These Terms and Conditions and your use of this web site are governed by Irish law and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
10.6 Neither you nor The Comedy Cornershop will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your or The Comedy Cornershop’s respective reasonable control.
